Grounded Self-Leadership in Times of Chaos:
Practical tools for leading yourself before leading others
Today, professionals are being asked to work faster, take on more responsibility, and collaborate across locations and time zones, often while navigating economic uncertainty and job insecurity.
According to a 2025 survey by the American Psychological Association, 54% of U.S. workers report high stress, and 40% worry they could lose their jobs within the next year. Employees impacted by government policy changes report even higher levels of stress and uncertainty at work.
When pressure is high and resources feel limited, practical leadership skills can make a meaningful difference in supporting clear decision-making, effective communication, and healthier ways to manage work and life demands.
This eight-week program offers guided support and practical tools for professionals navigating today’s changing work environment. Participants learn alongside peers while also receiving individual coaching, creating space for reflection, skill-building, and real application.
At $1,000 per person ($125 per week), this experience is designed to be a cost-effective way to build sustainable leadership capacity, not a one-off workshop you forget by Monday.
The experience is grounded in Radiance Leadership’s Embrace, Empower, Emerge framework:
Embrace current challenges and realities
Empower yourself with practical leadership skills
Emerge with greater confidence, clarity, and capacity
Course Objectives:
Resources, time, and energy are scarce: learn how to build confidence in delegation
Work environments can become toxic: foster engaged and effective team cultures
There’s a finite number of hours in a day: develop sustainable approaches to integrating work and life demands
Past workshop participants will deepen their practice, while new participants will build skills they can apply immediately, for their own well-being and their teams.
