Radiance Leadership Cohort: Clarity & Trust in Self and Beyond

As a follow-up to STEM Connect 2025 hosted by SASE, Radiance Leadership will offer a virtual cohort-based leadership development program designed specifically for STEM professionals. This experience provides structured opportunities to deepen insights and apply them directly in the workplace.

Blending small-group learning with personalized 1:1 coaching, the program creates immediate, practical shifts that fit into busy schedules.

Description

This two-month cohort strengthens the conference experience by helping mid-level leaders turn insights into daily practice. Through guided sessions, participants will:

  • Build confidence in delegation

  • Foster engaged and effective team cultures

  • Develop sustainable approaches to integrating work and life demands

The program combines practical leadership tools with a supportive peer community, enabling professionals to expand their influence, visibility, and resilience, while advancing team performance and organizational success.

Commitment: 8 Weeks (March - May 2026)

Early Bird Pricing: $1,000 (Until 2/23/2026)
Standard Pricing: $1,250

This program is open to professionals of all backgrounds. You do not need to be a member of SASE or have attended the STEM Connect conference to join.

  • The Radiance Leadership Cohort provides mid‑level professionals and leaders a practical, human‑centered space to grow with intention. You’ll learn tools you can apply immediately, strengthen your ability to lead effectively, and gain clarity on your work-life integration.

  • This program is ideal for mid-level professionals and leaders who are:

    • Responsible for overseeing or managing direct reports or project teams

    • Seeking to grow their influence, visibility, and leadership presence

    • Navigating delegation, team culture, or work‑life integration

  • No, you do not need to have attended STEM Connect or be a member of SASE or Radiance Leadership to participate. The cohort is open to all mid‑level professionals.

  • Group sessions are the shared learning experience of the cohort that bring the full participant group together. They are interactive, reflective, and designed to build community, accountability, and peer support.

    Individual Coaching Sessions provide each participant the opportunity to schedule one 1:1 coaching session with a Radiance Leadership coach in between group sessions. These sessions are personalized, confidential spaces where you can reflect and dive deeper into your specific leadership challenges, goals, and growth areas. Participants can schedule these sessions directly with the Radiance team at times that work best for their schedules.

  • The Radiance Leadership Cohort is an 8-week program that runs from March–May 2026. The program consists of 1 orientation and 8 total sessions (4 group and 4 individual coaching). Each session is 45-min to 1 hour long.

  • Many participants receive professional development funding from their employers. Radiance Leadership offers a letter template to help you request sponsorship or reimbursement — email hello@radiancehq.com for more info.

  • The cohort is delivered virtually via Zoom, making it accessible to participants across locations. Sessions are interactive and designed to foster connection, reflection, and real‑time application.
