Yon Na, PhD
Yon Na, is an organizational consultant and coach who helps leaders & teams create inclusive cultures and accelerate performance by applying organizational psychology principles.
Throughout her career, Yon has led Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development efforts in Fortune 100 and high-growth companies, including Warner Bros., The New York Times, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and Nordstrom. She partners with her clients by leveraging research and assessments to design customized solutions.
Yon’s research area centers on the intersection of identity, culture, and leadership. She shares her peer-reviewed research on Asian women in leadership at conferences, companies, and colleges.
Yon holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). Yon is an ICF-Credentialed and Board Certified Executive Coach.

Leonna Choi Luc is an impact-driven consultant and leadership coach who is passionate about bridging the gap for access to opportunities for underrepresented groups and working with individuals to recognize their full potential and achieve their goals.
With her background in operations and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), she supports organizations with building and refining infrastructure and programs for more inclusive spaces and equitable practices. She has worked with individuals and organizations in different capacities to develop processes and operationalize on their strategic visions.
Leonna believes in the power of empathy, self-awareness, open-mindedness, and community and leverage these values in all parts of her work.
Leonna holds a degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and is a certified coach with the Academy of Creative Coaching.

Brittany Eckstein is an Associate Consultant who supports leaders and organizations in strengthening organizational effectiveness, culture, and leadership by applying principles of organizational psychology. Her work focuses on helping organizations create environments where people can perform, grow, and engage sustainably.
Throughout her career, Brittany has worked in large, complex organizations, small and family-owned businesses, and nonprofit settings, including at BMW. She partners with leaders and teams by leveraging research, assessments, coaching, and facilitation to design context-specific solutions that address both organizational goals and human needs.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). She is currently completing her PhD in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in executive coaching.
